Sayre CAD Appreciation Day |
Posted January 27, 2021
Happy CAD Appreciation Day! Today is the day we set aside to show our appreciation for the "CAD Guys" at Sayre Associates. We have three very experienced staff in our CAD Department, with 30+ years of combined experience with our firm alone. These guys know what they are doing. They work hard to produce a quality product that Sayre Associates is proud of, that we have a reputation for producing.
Thank you Kevin, Gabe and Barry, for all your hard work throughout the year! We appreciate you and celebrate you today!

Our big workroom table is not just used for food (Happy National Popcorn Day!) but also for working together on large projects. Meetings over plans or food around this table are common occurrences around here (with masks!).
Lots of popcorn on the table for National Popcorn Day
We work on this table too!

New PE at Sayre Associates |
Posted December 16, 2020
Congratulations to Branson Tolliver on passing the Professional Engineer (PE) Exam! Per the SD Board of Technical Professions, licensure as a professional engineer involves three main components: education, experience, and examinations.
To be eligible to take the Principles and Practice of Engineering exam, individuals must have a bachelor's degree in engineering and four years of engineering experience under the direct supervision of licensed professional engineers. The PE Civil Exam is an 8-hour exam with 80 questions to prove competency in an engineering discipline, which requires months of studying and preparation.
Branson is a graduate of South Dakota State University and has been with Sayre Associates since May 2016.
Congrats Branson Tolliver, P.E.!
When not studying, Branson enjoys hunting.
