Sayre Associates has provided quality planning, engineering and surveying services in the Sioux Falls region for over 40 years. We are a full-service civil engineering firm with a full-time staff of 22, including 10 registered engineers and three land surveyors. We provide topographic surveying, engineering design, and construction surveying and construction administration services.

Our survey crews utilize the latest technology in survey equipment with Trimble 5600 and S6 robotic stations and Trimble R8 GPS system.  Our survey personnel are educated and experienced with their equipment and offer a high degree of professionalism when dealing with the owners and contractors.

The technical staff of Sayre Associates has a high degree of knowledge and experience in site design engineering. We also have expertise in transportation engineering, drainage, erosion control, as well as expertise dealing with wetland delineation and mitigation.

The ownership of Sayre Associates extends to seven professional staff with over 150 combined years of experience. All of the owners have been involved in one capacity or another with site design projects. We are familiar with city design standards, as well as state and federal standards.
